The future of the European Social Model – New perspectives for industrial relations, social and employment policy in Europe?

Over 160 participants will come to Eurofound today for the 2014 annual IREC conference. The conference is a platform for exchanges of ideas and preliminary findings from on-going research. 

For this year’s IREC event, some 124 abstracts have been received, of which 102 have been included in the programme for presentation during the conference. Of these, 85 papers were submitted and placed on the IREC webpage.  

The IREC conference is underpinned by the great efforts of all Industrial Relations researchers involved, to share their work with fellow colleagues at Eurofound during the IREC 2014 conference 10-12 September.

The 2014 annual IREC conference will be very promising milestone for the field of Industrial relations research in Europe.
